Frieda Colet Lim, Kankan Ramos Lim and Nina Lim Yuson are three extraordinary women who weaves tales of love, family, life and travel through their sketches and paintings. Coincidentally, the artists are also related to one another and this is their first exhibit collaboration.
The exhibit is a combination of charcoal, watercolor, pastel portraits from Frieda's 20 piece works which she calls her "therapeutic tonic."
Kankan will showcase her love affair with pen and ink and some large acrylic abstract pieces. Being a digital marketer by profession, Kankan says that painting and sketching keeps her grounded and provide a way for her to bond with her 3 kids. "We all love painting together."
For Nina, her pen and ink and watercolor masterpieces are inspired by her travels that span from Asia, the Pacific, Europe and the Americas. She has published three editions of "Nina's Travel Sketches.
