The country's favorites family fastfood chain recently introduced its newest batch of Yumbassadors. They are young Filipino achievers who have shown exceptional talent in different fields, and will also serve as role models for today's generation.

This year's Yumbassadors are not just talented artists, but there's an inventor, a social entrepreneur, agricultural entrepreneur, outstanding student, athlete, and a race car driver. Leading the Yumbassador's are James Reid and Nadine Luster. This real-and-reel life couple are both talented artists. Kelsey Merritt is an international model who has worked for big brands such as Uniqlo and Vogue, and a self-confessed Jollibee yumburger lover. Life's really unfair especially if you see how skinny she is! There's also Rachel de Villa, a social entrepreneur; Angelo Casimiro, a young inventor who discovered that you can use your shoes while walking to charge your powerbank!

Juan Miguesl Severo, popularly known as the Hugot King is also this year's Yumbassador, as well as model and agricultural entrepreneur Jairus Ferrer, runner-athlete -medalist Mea Gey Ninura who has shown exceptional speed that didn't go unnoticed.

Christopher Valentin, an aspiring doctor who wanted to established a medical care that will cater mostly to the less fortunate; and international race car driver Marlon Stockinger. And last but not the least, world renowned 4th Impact, an all-girl group who rose to fame because of joining talent shows here and in South Korea, and then in the U.K.

"Jollibee puts outmost value on excellence and we always strove to recognize those who manifest it," said Francis Flores, Jollibee Philippines Head of Marketing and Global Brand Chief Marketing Officer. "Our Yumbassadors were chosen because of their passion for langhap-sarap ng buhay. They do not settle for mediocrity, and welcome challenges as opportunities to grow and become better people. I am confident that their individual journeys and success stories will inspire many young people. This generation, the Gen Y or #ProudGenYum are impressive individuals and each of them are out to change the world."
